The forest was quiet, not even the animals moved to snap branches, nor were there bugs buzzing or chirping away at the silence. All was still and quiet, Kina was unsettled by the silence. She remained hidden away in her hole, her breath seemed ten times louder and her heart seemed to pound an obvious signal to the hunters. Kina shifted her eyes left and right but did not dare move her head, the brush was too close to her head; she could feel it against her skin. She was not as youd call a girly girl, bugs did not frighten her, dirt did not deter her, and in no way did a night deep within the embrace of Mother Nature make her run away. S
